You don't have to be Christian to benefit from the Jesus diet.
After all, Jesus was not a Christian. In fact, you don't even
need to believe in God.
Please note: This article has nothing to do with several "Jesus
Diet" hits found on google.com. Some of those provide food for
thought, while others are just plain foolish.
For numerous reasons, exact knowledge about Joshua ben Joseph,
the person, is rather scarce. The New Testament was assembled
several centuries after his death, and really was ...

Natural Bodycare From Your Cupboard
Why is natural bodycare important? Our skin is the largest organ
of our body. It acts as our protector, and filter from the
pollutants of the outside world. At the same time it allows us
to absorb things into our body ' for better or for worse. Think
of some medications/treatments that are absorbed by your skin
(the nicotine patch, or birth control patch are two common

Beauty is what catches the attention first. A lot of people
spend quite a big part of the day (and their earnings) to make

skin and scalp, dry hair, rough hands, callused feet, proper
diet and weight loss are the frequently faced problems in beauty
and fitness today.

Any food that we take into our bodies is composed of
macronutrients, micronutrients and water. The macronutrients
(macro = large) are protein, fat and carbohydrates; the
micronutrients (micro = small) are vitamins, minerals and trace
elements. Macronutrients provide the calories that provide
energy for life; micronutrients have no calories but are an
essential part of our diet. Without macronutrients we would
starve to death, without micronutrients we would die from health
deterioration. So, ...

Garlic is a traditional tonic in many cultures.
In my teens and twenties, I was very aware that one should not
eat garlic or onions out of respect for other people (e.g.,

bother me nearly so much as the foul stenches caused by tobacco
use, lazy dental care, lack of exercise, obesity, and / or poor
bowel regularity.
I now use a lot of garlic, bought as pre-peeled cloves or dried
minced chunks. I frankly like the taste. For those who ...
